At Wolfs Advocaten office, we celebrated “Sinterklaas” (Sinterklaas is a traditional Dutch and Belgian holiday figure based on Saint Nicholas, celebrated in early December. He is portrayed as a kind, elderly man in a red bishop’s robe who brings gifts and sweets to children. Sinterklaas is accompanied by his helpers, the ‘Pieten,’ who assist him in delivering gifts and sweets to children) with a fun and festive game where gifts were exchanged among colleagues. In addition to the excitement of unwrapping surprises, each team member was personally addressed by “Sint” with a unique message. These messages highlighted both their strengths and areas for growth within the team, delivered creatively through an AI-generated speech. It was a lighthearted and memorable way to reflect, connect, and celebrate the spirit of “Sinterklaas” together.
